Oak Honey

Honeydew honey from the fruit of the oak.

 

Dark almost black in color, its aroma is slightly balsamic, without a sweet flavor of dried fruit.

 

Very indicated to combat anemia due to its high content of iron and magnesium.

 

It also acts as an anti-flu and is very effective against bronchitis.

Multifloral honey extracted throughout the northwest of the Peninsula.

 

It’s amber in color, varying from light to dark depending on its floral composition.

 

Its organoleptic characteristics vary with the different blooms.

 

In general, the aroma is floral and not very persistent, although it depends on the predominant flowering.

 

It tends to crystallize easily and is an excellent substitute for sugar.

Very dark/black in colour, with a very intense aroma of hummus, mushrooms and leaf litter. Different from the rest of honeys since it has a mix between sweet, bitter and salty.
