 Purchase procedure.
For the purchase of the products offered on the web, it is necessary to proceed to the registration of the user on the web, in which you must indicate your personal data, so that we can fully process the order and that you can place subsequent orders without having to enter again your data. Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy of our website, and the User undertakes to provide this information truthfully and completely.

Reina Kilama Soc. Coop. reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the web (relative to products, prices, promotions and other conditions) at any time. 

Reina Kilama Soc. Coop. will make every effort within its means to offer the information contained in the web truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time an error of this type occurs, it will be corrected immediately. If, if there is a typographical error in any of the information referring to our products, a customer has made a purchase decision based on said error, Reina Kilama Soc. Coop. will inform the customer of said error, and the customer will have the option of cancelling the purchase without any cost on their part or of adhering to the newly communicated conditions and/or price.

 The photographs exhibited are merely indicative, and there may be variations. 


Prices and method of payment.


The purchased products must be paid through one of the methods that Reina Kilama Soc. Coop. makes available to the customer, specifically: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards through the STRIPE platform.

REDSYS Platform.

Visa and MasterCard have developed a secure payment system in SSL Internet environment. The Secure Electronic Commerce system is based on the card issuer (bank or savings bank) identifying the cardholder before authorizing payment online.  Reina Kilama Soc. Coop. adheres to this security protocol so that, once you have selected the product to be purchased and entered your card number, a window from the issuing entity will open asking you to identify yourself.

Your card details and password are protected by this security system from the moment they are entered. This window is beyond the control of Reina Kilama Soc. Coop. and the issuer is responsible for any incident that may arise with it, and you should contact your bank if you find yourself in this hypothetical case.

Delivery method and cost

In principle, all the products that we describe in our online shop will be available, except for those that are shown as “not available” on the product page. In the case that a product is out of stock at the time of placing your order, and we have not been able to update this information on the website, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you a similar product or a refund of the corresponding amount.

Reina Kilama Soc. Coop. sends orders to its customers via private transport companies.  Delivery will be made exclusively on the peninsula. Consequently, all orders placed from addresses outside the peninsula (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) will not be processed.


Orders and delivery times:

– The delivery days of our products are from Monday to Friday.

 – Approximately 48/72 hours after we received your order.

Delivery costs:

 – We only deliver within the peninsula and the cost per delivery will be 11.00 euros up to 15 kilograms.


Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the client will have a minimum period of (14 calendar days) to withdraw, from the day the contract is signed, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. It is an essential requirement that both the packaging and the product are in perfect condition, have not been tampered with, do not present defects or deterioration due to external events or other circumstances that result in the impairment of the product, especially the opening of the container.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Client must contact Reina Kilama Soc. Coop. at envasado@reinakilama.com, providing their name, address, purchased product and date of receipt, which, if applicable, and after checking that the goods have not suffered any damage, the amount paid for the product and the shipping costs will be refunded.  If you prefer, you can use the withdrawal form provided on this website.

The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, where applicable, the invoice issued to Reina Kilama Soc. The costs of returning of the goods shall be paid by the purchaser, as established in the regulations.



Any information that any of the parties communicates or facilitates to the other or to which any of them have access, will be considered confidential and may not be disclosed, displayed, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties, or used by any of the parties for purposes other than those for which it was communicated.



These General Conditions will be governed by the provisions of the Spanish legislation. For any questions that may arise between the parties in relation to the interpretation and execution of this document,, both parties expressly agree, renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valladolid, except in the case of consumers, in which case they will be those corresponding to their domicile.

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission has an online out-of-court dispute resolution platform available to consumers. This can be accessed via the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers can submit their complaints via this platform.
